George Cooke, the father of William Cooke, bought Langley Barton in a sale. The farm included a large old farm house, a barn, wagon house and several outbuildings. Two cottages were included in the purchase. The farm was put up for sale in 2008 for about $6 million Canadian dollars. Here's a photo of the exterior.

The interior has an old fireplace believed to be from Jacobian times.
